Plenty of Sunday morning airtime was devoted yesterday to Sarah Palin. George Will says it's common knowledge she shouldn't be trusted with nuclear weapons.
Andrew Sullivan says he's afraid she will run because there's a possibility she could beat Obama.
David Brooks essentially thinks she's a joke.
"Yeah. But, you know, being president is waking up, somebody hands you the crisis and said, "There's a crisis in Venezuela. What are you going to do about it?" Does any, does anybody think Sarah Palin's ready for that? I don't think so. So she can manage her brand.
But running for president is not "American Idol." And I, I think people may agree with her, they may like her, but that doesn't mean they're going to vote for her. And so I--you know, the other thing is she's just not a team player. This is a team sport. Just take one little thing she did this week. She's taking her bus up to New Hampshire.
She doesn't call the Republican Party in New Hampshire, tell, tell them where she's going to appear, what she's going to do. So you got to play as part of the party, you got to play as part of the team.
She's not a team player. I don't think people are going to think she's qualified."

You sound a little defensive stormtrooper. I believe all the poster said was national socialists. It was you who brought up Nazi Germany.
Engage the auto-pen!
That's true. For DemocRATS, it's like the bar scene from Star Wars.
Funny how John McCain bucks The Republican Party and he's hailed as a "maverick". Sarah Palin bucks The Republican Party and she's not a team player.
How do the Medioso types decide what to call whom?
I think in the SNL skit the person playing Sarah was saying she could see Russia from her house. But of course, the lame stream media (as well as Ahr-nold) made out like Sarah really said it.
The more condescending and snarky a self anointed elite is, the more null the total of their knowledge.
Is that photoshopped, or did the Bamtard really look that goofy?
“The GOP establishment hates Sarah Palin because they are afraid that they cannot control her.”
I have come to believe that the GOP establishment, whom I prefer to call the RINO elite, will work hard against anyone on whom they have insufficient dirt.
I think they insist upon nominees with lots of skeletons, just so they can control them.
I’m confused by the photo’s caption. On the left of the photo I see ... ocean, and then an island behind. Behind that, I see another piece of land ... is the caption telling me that the hump that is, essentially, in the middle of the photo where ocean meets land, is Big Diomedad, and that the land to the left of the hump is Russia? Or then again ... maybe the resolution on my computer screen is too crappy to see that those are two islands on the left?
That might be a run on sentence, but I'm just not as smart as Brooks. What a dipshit that guy is. Pardon my French.
You forgot “There’s been a Teutonic shift in the Middle east”
NO WAY could any woman handle a serious national crisis, unless she is a pathologically-lying, money-grubbing, Suha Aafat-loving radical socialist. Did I mention that her daughter was almost killed by debris as she was jogging around the WTC as the planes struck?
Get a grip, Brooks, you fool, could *Sarah* handle a crisis?! If not Sarah, WHO? Bob
Actually it was Charlie Rose going on about the intellectual outhouse, though Brooksie was there patum_peperium/2011/04/not-bad-for-a-shiksa
Any Republican that Brooks likes automatically falls off my radar.
He really is quite effeminate
Sarah Palin Tina Fey said "I can see Russia from my house!"
That photo, I believe, is taken from Little Diomede Island which is in Alaska. The island in the left part of the photo is Big Diomede which is Russian territory. Behind it to the right may very well be the Russian mainland. The error in the caption is that the photo is FROM Little Diomede, not from the Alaskan mainland.
Please elaborate...
(-- never mind *snicker*)
Fixed it for ya'
“I think the wings are photo shopped”
You know, his goofy expression and the faggoty posture of his hands and feet so disturbed me that I didn’t even notice the wings.
“He really is quite effeminate”
Am I the only person in America who didn’t notice that during the campaign?
