The New Hampshire Republican Party found out Sarah Palin would be coming to town by hearing about it in the news.
Where would she be stopping? They didn’t know. Palin’s staff wouldn’t even return their calls, leaving them to ask reporters for more answers.
And they’re not alone: With hours to go before Palin’s bus tour is supposed to begin, it’s still unclear what she’ll be doing when she gets to the first stop. It’s even more of a mystery what her second stop will be.
Or when.
Or why.
Once again, the former vice presidential nominee has proven she can tilt the political world on its axis in an instant. This past week, it was Tim Pawlenty, Mitt Romney and Michele Bachmann who took their campaigns to Iowa, but it was the news of Palin’s bus tour that really had people talking. A simple announcement on her website, and she got all the attention, all the interest.

Yea your right about that. Like I didn’t realize that Bush signed that bill that ends the regular light bulb in 2012 in favor of the new green ‘toxic’ light bulbs.

I work for the day she can see the Washington Monument
from her porch.
Wouldn’t that be awesome? And those fur covered boots.
What she’s told us is that she’s going to support the best candidates & get behind issues that matter to us. And, that’s exactly what she’s been doing. However, she hasn’t told us she’s a candidate for prez.
Palin is unorthodox...so, “never been seen before” is her stock-in-trade.
She told us that she would support any real conservative
in the primary but that if there were none, she would
run herself.
I pray God gives her the strength to do so.
I would honestly say a motorcade of obviously armed Harley riders will get WAY more respect from all walks of life than a bunch of shade wearing suits with pigtails stuck in their ears as Presidential security.
We are both right. She hasn’t announced she is a candidate, and she has indicated she would run if there were no legit conservative in the race. So, by way of example, we won’t see Sarah in the race if Michelle Bachmann is in the race.
However, I do think she’s raising money like crazy and helping to energize the conservative base for 2012. She’s also breaking barriers & rules on the “how to run a campaign” front. All of this will greatly benefit the GOP and, conversely - it willl depress lib voter turnout.
I pray God gives her clarity about His will for her in this matter, because I wouldn’t want her to run in her own strength.
