I beieve his actions speak louder than I can.
His EPA takes over where Congress left off.
He sends 20 Billion dollars to Egypt
He turn criminals loose
He sues States who copy Federal law.
He sends arms to Mexican drug Lords.
He waives his own law for his buddies, the Unions and Nancy Pelosi.
He sends us to war without Congress.
Is he above the law?
Lets put it this way, I don’t see anyone stopping him.
I will never get over the fact Air Force One buzzed downtown Manhatten, and he never had to disclose who was on board.

Sadly, too, the Constitution makes no provision for Impeachment on the grounds of "low crimes and misdemeanors" -- back then, the founders seemed all to possess enough of a sense of honour that they never dreamed of the mere dreck and skulduggery which would one day contaminate our nation's most sacred precincts.

Yeah, nobody seems to want to notice that point. As much as I am loath to support the O and his idiotic adventure in Libya, the WPA is utter crap that GOP (and other) presidents have been disparaging since it was passed. Usually they follow the formalities in order to avoid a judicial showdown, but honestly if this provokes a challenge to the law in the courts and kills it, O would have finally accomplished his first (well second, OBL did die) useful act of office.
While I cannot guarantee it, I’d say it is a safe bet that Will has written a piece in the past criticizing the WPA. It’s been a standard target for conservative writers for a very long time now.

Here we have us and some Euro powers gleefully participating in the attempted removal of one of the world’s worst persons. Where are the demonstrations here and abroad about messing in the private affairs of another country as during the Bush admin? Where are the stinking American lib marchers now that their hero is trying to get rid of Kaddafi through violent means instead of talking him to death? Remember, we’re not supposed to mess with what other countries do. Of course His Royal Slipperiness Obama can do anything he wants without his rearend-kissing flunkies of the Fourth Estate raising their eyebrows.

I think its very close to reality. The TSA is morphing very rapidly into Barry’s Civilian National Defense Force. Once they are deployed at internal checkpoints throughout the country as well as airports, train stations and bus terminals, not to mention sports events, malls etc they will in effect be the Nazi SS. Given the level of arrogance BHO is using on Congress and with very little blowback I can see him thinking he could easily create a false flag and declare martial law. In effect we are under martial law right now.
