Burglar is freed to care for his children after judge rules prison breached his 'human rights'

A burglar was let out of jail yesterday because locking him up breached his family’s human rights.

In a staggering judgment, the Appeal Court ruled that the rights of Wayne Bishop’s five children were more important than those of his victims or the interests of justice.

MPs said it opened the way to thousands more convicts claiming a ‘get out of jail card’ under the controversial Human Rights Act.

More than 200 foreign prisoners, including killers, cheated deportation last year by claiming they have a human right to a ‘family life’ in Britain.

I read “The Sun” tabloid - it’s amazing what crooks get away with there and what the ordinary citizens get slammed with when trying to protect themselves or their property. It’s like living in Zimbabwe or someplace. It’s a true insane asylum not unlike a Monty Python skit.

As I’ve said before, Great Britain...

By time I got to here, I knew what the ending was.

It’s a bit hard to keep up with his family situation - sounds like he has 5 kids, his ex “partner” may have 4 of her own, and his sister may have 7.
Strangely doesn’t mention whether they’re all on the dole and living in million dollar houses at the taxpayers’ expense. Due to their large families, and it is inhumane to be crowded, you know.
Things are crazy over there.

“Very similar to the argument amnesty advocates use to argue against deportation of illegal alien parents: shouldn’t separate families.”

It’s worse than an “argument.” That the law that “Chappaquiddick Ted” passed way back when. Family togetherness is one of the main criteria for allowing immigration and citizenship. It was intended to, and caused, chain immigration.

So, this is about the UK's ongoing placation of 'Asians'?

But that’s not a law that applies to the deportation of illegals. It’s the sob story that’s constantly used to argue against deporting illegals with anchor baby children.

That's a big family! It seems the judge has seen fit to free him so he can support them by .... stealing!

Mr Justice Maddison said: ‘It is important that criminals should not think that children can provide some sort of licence to commit offences with impunity.

"But that's exactly what I am going to do," Injustice Maddison should have realized. He put into words what his subconscious was screaming at him not to do.
