A Wisconsin judge has struck down a law taking away nearly all collective bargaining rights from most state workers.
Dane County Circuit Judge Maryann Sumi ruled Thursday that Republican legislators violated Wisconsin's open meetings law during the run up to passage. She says that renders the law void.

This ruling was a foregone conclusion. The liberals have so salted the judiciary that any sane legislation will be immediately overturned.
E-X-A-C-T-L-Y
There was insufficient time before the announcement and the vote, but the rat lawmakers had enough time to flee the state.
Sure, makes all the sense in the world.
oh no worries you can bet our free and fair press will be all over that and be demanding that she excuse herself and why was she not open with her family background.
OH WAIT sorry we live in a GEORGE SOROS AMERICA, where the media has been paid off for the most part by him, or they agree with the far left.
Silly me, nothing will be done like the homosexual judge in CA who was homosexuals and ruled against prop 8 or the other homosexual judge who ruled that two homosexuals can adopt kids when it was clearly in violation of our state law.

OK lets see, what to check off now from that list.
Well nearly there, they even have the FBI for crying out loud as they have the DOJ, homeland, courts, schools, nearly all of colleges, etc etc etc
,
And tomorrow Kloppenburg will file her lawsuit challenging the election certification.
The commies are flying in formation.
Ah yes, Dane County, 26 square miles surrounded by sanity! The sixties hippies did what the Woodstock generation threatened! They took over the UW Administration Building and then voted themselves into the city and county government where they embarrass the rest of us to this day.
Wisconsin is a red state except for Dane & Milwaukee counties and a couple of Indian reservations.

REMEMBER FOLKS....
Laws and ethics no longer apply to Democrats, anymore. ESPECIALLY laws that reduce campaign revenue flows.
Just ask ANYONE in a Non-Fox New York Big Media newsroom about this.
The incestuous political relationships in Wisconsin sure do run deep. Judge X is married to Union Boss Y, who uses union $ to support Congressman Z and Senators A through L, three of whose sons and daughters clerked for Judge X.
What a friggin’ mess.
"..Now Media Trackers has learned that Kloppenburg accepted a campaign donation from the husband of Judge Maryann Sumi, the judge who caused a firestorm of controversy by blocking Gov. Scott Walkers budget repair bill..."
This again?
You all are usually up on everything but just in case.

Jake Sinderbrand, son of Judge Maryann Sumi and her apparent husband Carl Sinderbrand, has worked for the AFL-CIO and SEIU.
Cant they just re-pass it now before any new elections?
What a shocker their. A liberal activist judge acting the the wishes of the unions and left and not the law.
But the election has been certified, and the good citizens of Brookfield will not let their votes be cast off. They were counted, just not reported. No basis top eliminate the winning majority for Prosser. Kleptoberg is SOL.
Meanwhile Republicans are sniping at each other, undermining each others’ policies, screeching “RINO” at everyone with a remote chance of being elected and trying to elect amateurs with as little chance of being elected as me.
When are supposedly politically astute people going to wake up and realize that a united front against the communists is critical to SURVIVAL.
Republicans play by the rules, Democrats play to win. Nothing will change much as long as that is true.
As if this should surprise us. On the the Supreme Court.
Impeach Sumi. Now!
You bet she is. Her brat son is a union official and she should have recused herself for a conflict of interest. However RATs never recuse themselves.
The Wisconsin Supreme Court will eventually rule on this. Even though the Wisconsin Supreme Court judge election was certified, the Dem. loser there has until May 31st to file a lawsuit regarding that election. Well see what happens.
The difference here is that David Prosser is ALREADY sitting on the bench as a WI Supreme Court judge, and therefore is under no ethical or legal reason to recuse himself for any court cases that appear before the WI Supreme Court, including the Collective Bargaining bill. I believe his next term (which is the election that is being contested by the RATs) would not begin until Aug 1, and by that time this election will long since be settled.
The RATs will argue otherwise, but then again they are RAT bastard socialist pigs and would change their tune in a second if Kloppenturd had already been a sitting WI Supreme Court judge.
