Let’s just legalize drugs, instead of throwing the pot smokers in jail. They are no more dangerous than people who consume alchohol. That should cut the prison population in have, and also have no use for the federal drug enforcemant agency, which can then be eliminated.

I wonder how many pot heads are really in the cali jails? Did not cali decriminalize pot years ago? But yeah, end the war on drugs .... we lost.

They don't incarcerate Pot Smokers in CA. You pay a $100 fine if they even bother to write you a Citation.

Let's get serious, shall we. The SCOTUS has ruled that it's OK to endanger Law Abiding Citizens, period. This ruling will not just affect CA, it will affect every State.

In CA it is even more serious because the Law Abiding Citizen's here, and that includes me, cannot get a Conceal Carry Permit unless the “Authorities” think you are worthy.

Anyone here want to bet that the Libtards in AZ will use this case to go after Sheriff Joe Arpaio next?
