I wonder how many pot heads are really in the cali jails? Did not cali decriminalize pot years ago? But yeah, end the war on drugs .... we lost.

Over 80,000 of California's 170,000 prisoners have committed violent crimes. About 30,000 are in for drug crimes. I'm not sure how were dealers but there are probably few if any for simple possession, particularly for pot.
