According to the maid’s account, as told to investigators and relayed to FoxNews.com, the maid entered the room and was confronted by a naked Strauss-Kahn, who emerged from the bathroom and began grabbing the maid’s breasts while trying to pin her down on his bed.
The maid is deeply religious, investigators said, and immediately put her hands over her eyes so she wouldn’t see the naked Frenchman. He ran to her, began grabbing her breasts and pulling her down the hallway inside the luxury suite toward the bedroom.
The maid said she tried a variety of tactics to get herself out of the room and away from Strauss-Kahn. She said, “my manager is in the hallway,” which he wasn’t -- but the former IMF chief wasn’t scared off. The single mother allegedly told the Frenchman that the job was important to her and any conflict with a hotel guest would result in her losing her job.
“Please stop. I need my job, I can’t lose my job..." she told Strauss-Kahn, according to law enforcement sources.
Strauss-Kahn allegedly responded: “No, baby. Don’t worry, you’re not going to lose your job..." Strauss-Kahn responded, according to investigators.
While she continued to plead with him, begging him to stop, he allegedly continued to attack her, dragging her down the hallway.
When she pushed him away and ran toward the door, she slipped on a newspaper bag on the floor and fell to her knees. That’s when Strauss-Kahn came up behind her and forced her to perform oral sex, sources said.
The maid finally escaped from her alleged attacker by pushing him into the sharp edge of an armoire in the hotel suite. Sources said the Frenchman has a gash on his back where he hit the armoire.

Something else just hit me. Why would he say he didn’t have sex with her at first? That’s simple, he didn’t want to have his wife/family find out. Especially since this girl has HIV.
So yes he’s definitely guilty of being a dirtbag and unfaithful, but rape is still not proven.
Remember when we all thought Gary Condit killed Chandra Levy? I feel bad for the stuff I posted about Gary. He was a dirtbag, but not a murderer. The circumstantial evidence was pretty strong against him too.
I never said it happened at 3AM. I was asking if that was true as I previously read it. And IF it was then it’s really odd.
Also I never even mentioned about when she reported the crime. I said she was worried about her job and did not say her life was threatened.
You’d be surprised what police will believe. I know...I saw it first hand. They pretty much will suspend all reason to believe an interesting crime was committed. Or back in the 50s cops would easily chase down a black man if a white woman said he raped her. No evidence needed.
Why? Because every situation is different.
I never said the police made anyone stay quiet. They can withhold evidence that helps the defense (even though teh supreme court has ruled they must turn it over).
I would love to share more details about the case, but I have a feeling you’d and others on here would just attack me over it. But I will say this...lucky for me someone gave me an insider tip that evidence existed and what that evidence was so my lawyer was able to continue to ask for it. Then the day off the trial it was provided then the case was rescheduled and the judge read the prosecutor the riot act after they were done with their case.
all the while the accusor was telling everyone lies so the person’s name was ran into the ground. I mean afterall, he was arrested and in jail waiting trial. What innocent man has to sit in jail?
Interesting the link you provided said the door was slammed shut, yet yesterday I read where the police said the door remained open. They said that proves she was going in there to clean the room.
So which was it? Are the cops lying or is the “source” quoted in the article lying/mistaken?

The maid left the cart in the door, as per protocol. When he grabbed her, he slammed the door shut and locked it from the inside.
Thus the “unlawful imprisonment” charge in the indictment.

The only ones who know about the sexual violence of men are the women who are subjected to it.
He doesn’t know s*** about French law or France, and seems not to know the facts of the case, as documented in the Official Complaint and in the Indictment.
Also knows little about the NYPD or the NY County DA’s Office. Nothing about NY Code of criminal procedure.
DSK is a serial sexual predator with a long history in France. The code of Omerts amongst journalists, elites, and alas, victims , has protected him and covered for him.
NY is not the place you want to engage in such behavior. The courts, and juries have little tolerance. Especially when the victim is a hardworking legal immigrant with no previous record.
