According to the maid’s account, as told to investigators and relayed to FoxNews.com, the maid entered the room and was confronted by a naked Strauss-Kahn, who emerged from the bathroom and began grabbing the maid’s breasts while trying to pin her down on his bed.
The maid is deeply religious, investigators said, and immediately put her hands over her eyes so she wouldn’t see the naked Frenchman. He ran to her, began grabbing her breasts and pulling her down the hallway inside the luxury suite toward the bedroom.
The maid said she tried a variety of tactics to get herself out of the room and away from Strauss-Kahn. She said, “my manager is in the hallway,” which he wasn’t -- but the former IMF chief wasn’t scared off. The single mother allegedly told the Frenchman that the job was important to her and any conflict with a hotel guest would result in her losing her job.
“Please stop. I need my job, I can’t lose my job..." she told Strauss-Kahn, according to law enforcement sources.
Strauss-Kahn allegedly responded: “No, baby. Don’t worry, you’re not going to lose your job..." Strauss-Kahn responded, according to investigators.
While she continued to plead with him, begging him to stop, he allegedly continued to attack her, dragging her down the hallway.
When she pushed him away and ran toward the door, she slipped on a newspaper bag on the floor and fell to her knees. That’s when Strauss-Kahn came up behind her and forced her to perform oral sex, sources said.
The maid finally escaped from her alleged attacker by pushing him into the sharp edge of an armoire in the hotel suite. Sources said the Frenchman has a gash on his back where he hit the armoire.

We all know he is innocent until proven guilty, but we are weighing the facts that he’s stated, her facts, the police’s, and the former hired hookers. Wait a second. So she didn't say he threatened her life. So all those posts about her life being threatened are based on nothing but imagination. The fact that it wasn't reported speaks volumes. Which means it easily could have started off consentual but she didn't want to lose her job and then get deported so she claimed rape after it got too rough for her.
So to recap your point is she was in fear for her life so she didn't bite it off. Yet she chose to wrestle and fight with the larger man. And even though she never said he threatened her and she did say she was only worried about her job still means she was threatened. But I'm wrong because if it was said (which it wasn't) I'd presumably dismiss it as if it never happened. Well so far it hasn't happened, yet you are claiming it did.

When a guy leaves blood and semen and lies five different ways while attempting to flee the country on a moment’s notice, it’s really hard for anyone to think that this guy has been “set up.”
There were no prosecutors involved with what happened until long after he started down this road. Your past experience, if it had the same set of overwhelming, self-inflicted issues, before police involvement, would have deserved jail, too. Did you or your friend attempt to flee the country, too?
First this person is from a foreign country. If I was in a foreign country and this happened I may try to catch my flight. Also I heard he was getting on his scheduled flight? Is this not true?
But yes if I had a scheduled flight and someone started claining I raped them...I’d tried to get back home where my country could “protect” me from false claims.
And the lawyer did tell us most people convict themselves (innocent and guilty) by talking about the issue. They always make incorrect statements which are later used against them. That’s why they say NEVER speak to cops. In my case the person didn’t speak to the cops and the cops had him arrested on basically no evidence because it pissed them off that he wouldn’t talk to them. So a bunch of money later we were proven innocent (yes I said innocent) because the judge through it out after the state presented their case. It was clearly BS and it was obvious.
So in my book, unless there is more than circumstantial evidence I’m going to reserve judgement.

This woman appears to only be worried about her job. He doesn't threaten her (at least not that's been reported). She claims she will lose her job and he says she won't. So if that's what she considers a threat on her life then she's too stupid to even clean hotel rooms.
But if she was forced to perform oral sodomy then you'd agree there would be marks on her face, neck, head, and or hair that are consistent with forceful rape, right? And if not then something else happened. Rape may have occurred after the oral sex, but not at that point (at least not without some marks on her head or shoulders). I think we all understand there was no knife or gun present (unless it's just not been reported yet).

You say she didn't report the crime, so ‘she must not have been threatened.” However, the link below states she was nearly inconsolable at first while waiting for the authorities to arrive WITH ADDED FORENSIC EQUIPMENT, which, according to the link below, states it was barely over an hour of the moment of the attack (which I think is pretty quick). The link shows that she didn't even think she had standing to contact authorities for the crime with her position or status (whatever that may mean).
You think she could have been paid to come up to the room, but the link below shows she had been covering that floor for a friend who was on leave.
You think she arranged with Strauss-Kahn for a rendezvous, but, according to the link below, she only entered that floor after a room service employee checked to assure everything was safe and that the occupant was gone. That's not exactly a planned “rendezvous,” is it?
