Yeah, teh wan will “bring back respect for the US in the world.”
We HAD respect. I would rather be respected, even with a tinge of fear, than friendly and taken for a chump.
It will take YEARS to rebuild our national profile.

Well, at least they were more respectful than I would be.
(I'd be more inclined to Codename Macaca)

Are you sure the Wee Wee's moniker can't be more appropriately translated as a term indicative of an educated donk?
If so, it's perfectly descriptive and entirely appropriate.
Hat's off to our unabashed British friends!

You are an optimist.
In April 2010 Prager Zeitung published this opinion. It rings more true than ever:
"The danger to America is not Barack Obama but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency. It will be far easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their president. The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails America . Blaming the prince of the fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince. The Republic can survive a Barack Obama, who is, after all, merely a fool. It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools such as those who made him their president."

Sikhs are pretty badass. They’ve had to be in the past, they had hundreds of years of experience in dealing with Muslim neighbors. Sadly, as always, they’ve had extremists who’ve done some horrible things (see Air India 182).

What’s the correct pronunciation of ‘Chalaque’? Is it shaa-lock?

"Whats the correct pronunciation of Chalaque? Is it shaa-lock?" It's "shellack", as in "shellacking." For use in context, see below:
"I'm not recommending for every future president that they take a shellacking like I did last night." - 0bummer on the 2010 Republican Landslide.

Thanks markomalley.
Scotland Yard has tapped the codename 'Chalaque' to refer to the U.S. president for security reasons during his upcoming state visit to the United Kingdom May 24-26. Indarjit Singh, a Punjabi speaker in the UK who is director of the Network of Sikh Organisations, told the Sunday Times the word 'is sometimes used when we want to denigrate someone who we think is too clever for their own good'.
What's Punjabi for "@$$h0!€"?
