Not good is an understatement. I can count about 6 failures within the first 30 seconds of the clip and I'm sure an analysis of the entire event will uncover several more. Didn't o’bama hand pick the secret service who protect him?

For those who don’t want to sit through the whole thing, his limo bottoms out on the sidewalk, coming out of the embassy driveway. Not surprising, with an enormous limo with 9” armor, known as the Beast.

After a couple of minutes, a large van/bus vehicle drives up and blocks the view. Presumably a bullet-proof shield to ensure that nobody has a clear view if Obama gets out of the limo.

Nothing else happens, other than police and SS agents walking about. There’s are scraping sounds about 4-1/2 minutes in, but nothing to see. Possibly they are rocking the limo, trying to back it into the embassy lot again.

Cheers from the crowd occasionally. I’m not sure if they are celebrity cheers or mockery—or probably both.
