Too late.
Republican opposition research is non-existent.

Her appointment is illegitimate anyway.
One of these days that will come out as well.

Kagan is a member of the Piarte Roberts’ Court. She does not answer to the people before, during, or after confirmation.

Too late. This might have been blocked if the Republicans had fought it. But they lay down and rolled over—as usual.

The lazy Republicans didn’t bother to fight her appointment. Why would they care that she lied? Answer: they don’t. We’ll not hear anymore about this in another day or so. We are stuck with this ultra liberal for the rest of her life.

Sad thing is, even with Republicans controlling 47 seats in the senate, more than enough to filibuster a nomination, if a Justice retired and Obama nominated another Kagan tomorrow, you would have 10 or so RINO’s that wouldn't support a filibuster.

One instance (Eric Holder) - perhaps an oversight
Two instances (Eric Holder and Tim Geithner) - perhaps a coincidence
Three instances (Eric Holder, Tim Geithner & Elena Kagan)- definitely maybe a pattern...

Kagan brought Sharia Law to Harvard and took the millions of Dollars from the Saudis to do so. Kagan was an instrument to get Obamacare passed. What makes one think she lied? My God, it was so obvious a fifth grader could have researched it and proven her intent by actions. Congress/Senate are on the take is the only logical answer.

Surprise surprise!!
I wrote many Senators pleading with them to filibuster. No dice. Now we live with the consequences. My guess is that Barry will not ALLOW her to recuse herself with the challenge to Obamacare - the keystone to his larger Government and control over EVERY aspect of our lives.
