Sarah Palin addresses the decision-making process in whether to run for president, media attacks on candidates and the state of the GOP.
"I think my problem is that I do have that fire in my belly. I am so adamantly supportive of the good traditional things about America and our free enterprise system and I want to make sure that America is put back on the right track and we only do that by defeating Obama in 2012. I have that fire in my belly," fmr. Gov. Sarah Palin (R-Alaska) tells FOX News.

I hate that expression.
Reminds me of that poser Fred Thompson.

Any GOP politician with any fire anywhere is a plus.
To: E. Pluribus Unum
She was accused of not having it and she is countering it and you just need to understand that.

That explains it........
Sure does for everyone but PDS sufferers.
Fred always exuded an air of uncertainty about his committment.
Sarah never has for those paying attention and not purposefully looking for anything to use to bash her.

I hate that title. It reminds me of Sam Keen. What a load of mamby pamby psychobabble. Sarah Palin has more guts than that crybaby.

Right now, she and Michelle Bachmann are the only two I could get enthusiastic about. Sarah and Michelle need to give one of their balls to Mitt and one to Newt and then all four of them will have one.

(At least Trump has a pair. If the GOP has no fire in the belly in 2012, we're going down.)

HELL YES!!! If the Pubbies nominate another Bob Dole or John McCain, Zero will clean their friggin' clock. You see how Donald Trump scared the crap out of The White House bunch and they produced something they call a birth certificate. WE SURE AS HELL BETTER NOMINATE SOMEONE WITH FIRE IN THEIR BELLY, or we'll have 4 more years of the Obama trash in the White House.

I give it two months before she announces that she’s not running.

Saying is one thing, doing is entirely another. Not to mention all the negatives she has coming from all sides.
Don't forget, she endorsed McCain twice and her record leaves much to be criticized.

That interview made me nervous. She was also setting up the family excuse—and I want her to run.

1) Palin
2) Bachmann
is my order of preference. I’d be shocked if Cain actually got traction and I am bracing myself for TPaw.
If it’s the Mittster, I’ll probably just sign off of FR and the news until I force myself to pull the lever for him in November 2012—then go back into my hole.

I don’t like the expression in the first place, but if you have to say it, you don’t have it.
I thought Palin was going to be great (and I still like her and would vote for her). But I thought her dropping out of the governorship was a serious negative, and she has unfortunately not gotten back into anything but the talk circuit since then.
I think she probably has bad or amatuerish advisors. Coming out and saying this doesn’t help. Mind you, she’d be my preferred candidate, but she’s defensive about it, and you can’t be defensive if you want to win.
