Unnamed A-list male star with herpes sued for $20m after 'knowingly infecting sex partner with virus' By Daily Mail Reporter
A male A-list celebrity knowingly exposed his sexual partner to the herpes virus, according to a new lawsuit. The star - who is worth in excess of $100m - is not named, but is described as having 'substantial fame internationally'.
The court documents describe how the victim - who is not named or identified as a man or a woman - met the celebrity in Las Vegas on April 1 and has now contracted herpes.

The first name that popped into my head was Kevin Spacey, though I don’t know if his worth is nearly what the article claims. Maybe Nicolas Cage? Anyone who’s shacked up with Paris Hilton (and that’s a lot of people).
The lawsuit itself does not name names.

Glancing at the gossip sites, the betting favors Tom Hanks. “A LIST” narrows it down, there are few who actually qualify.

Rates of herpes infection in the US is running at about ~16% (slightly higher for women than men) but broken down by race you get a very different picture. For whites its about 10% (again women have a higher rate than men) but for blacks we’re talking just over 40%! In either case you’re talking about a virus so your standard “ultra thin, ultra sensitive” condom does not offer much if any protection. Truly bad odds if you’re sleeping around.
That said I don’t know how she would prove this in court. Who’s to say she didn’t give it to him?

in the past, Robin Williams has been sued over herpes.
I believe that years ago Robin Williams was sued for this very same reason.
