HUNDREDS of protesters stopped a far left student from torching the US flag today at LSU.
Hundreds showed up to protest the burning of the flag. Here, one guy shows his love of the flag in many forms. (WAFB)
The counter protesters were not too happy with the young leftist.
Thank you to Brandon for the pic.
Hundreds turned out to confront the leftist freak.
Hundreds of patriots chucked water balloons and water bottles at a far left student today at LSU before he could torch the US flag. WAFB reported:
Several hundred people gathered on the LSU campus today and effectively stopped an LSU grad student from burning an American flag on campus.
The student announced Tuesday that he intended to burn the flag. The announcement set off a wave of angry protests on Facebook and talk radio stations.
As the student approached the Parade Grounds at LSU Wednesday, students chanted USA! USA!. One man yelled My brothers died for you!.
Several people tossed water balloons and water bottles at the man. The graduate student was then escorted away by LSU Police. The flag burning did not occur.

Heres another video from the counter protest today:
Thanks American Dream 246.
Yeah, attending a protest in uniform is a big no-no.
“Get the hell out if you hate it here so much!”
You can’t control where you were born but you can damn sure control where you live.
“Respect my right to tell you to stfu.”
Good video.
You are welcome. So proud of these young people! Here is hope. They made my day :-)
God bless America
FoxNews.com had an article this morning about the flag burning and a counter protest to be held afternoon.
Though the saying is Don't Mess with Texas, some Cajuns take flag burning seriously...
Heh, the young leftist was not happy with the counter protesters, to reverse the tagline somewhat.
Though if I were young cadet/soldier giving beardo the weirdo a piece of my patriotic mind, I might be wearing a false nametape. Never know if the obamagovags are taking pictures.
LSU Student Reportedly Plans to Burn American Flag in Peaceful Campus Protest
One of the top stories on FoxNews this morning (and maybe last night).
The title of this article is wrong...
FoxNews has Thousands protest flag burning...

LSU Student Decides Against Burning Flag as Thousands Stage Counter Demonstration
FoxNews estimated crowd at 1,500 to 2,500.
I'd like to see a talented person with a bullwhip address one of these "enemies domestic".
I wonder what the DUmmies and Huff and puff Post (Huffington Post) has on this...
Who’s the babe in the American flag shirt?
I can tip my hat to the man (despite his being with the Dodgers - I’m a Giant’s fan). We need more people willing to step up in this country and not tolerate that type of mindless garbage.
To show his solidarity with the creature that tore down the American flag on the war memorial at LSU and burned it the night it was announced Bin Laden was killed. Apparently he disapproved of the fact that the cops found and booked the the cretin. He would have preferred it be handled differently (whatever!)
She’s not a “babe” and my guess is she’s a buddy of the protestor. She seemed to be with him while he was escorted off.
That flag burner clearly suffers from low self esteem.
“Communications” - is that like LGBT Studies? Talk about a made up major!
I was briefly at LSU teaching - the professors are more left wing than the students and many of them are from the Northeast or from U. of Texas from Austin.
When I was a LSU I briefly had a male friend who turned on me - I always wondered if he was gay, he sure liked Lancome and liked to shop. Sure enough he is in NYC, writing garbage for the anti-American Law and Order permutations and writing about Tennesse Williams as if he were his best friend. Just figures. And as anti-American and nasty as the day is long.
What a beautiful demonstration of Americans standing against this guy! Am proud of these people beyond measure...now that is my America!
