Thanks, Balata. I appreciate the comment.

We’ve never owned a Mac, and so we will surely be needing help. From what I understand, Mac is great in helping their customers learn their way around their products.

I’ll also be sure to post threads on FR. The expertise and experience of many here have been a great help to me on many occasion.

BTW, did you purchase all your Mac’s at their website? We live in at the Edge Of Nowhere, and at the corner of No Mans Land. We have to buy online.

I purchased them at a company Apple store. Because this is such and investment make sure you buy the 3 yr. extended warranty. They are very good at honoring this.

Also, they have a class called “one on one” and can tutor through the transistion period. It may or may not be needed, but it’s available.

There is a learning curve which can be frustrating, but having access to mac users who can quickly answer your questions will help greatly.

Instead of Power Point Mac has Keynote which I use to make awesome presentation. It is easy to use and easy to share with others in either Power Point format or Keynote. I know others have mentioned GarageBand.

Good Luck and don’t be afraid to ask questions.
