The nation’s first full-service gay resort opened its doors April 11 in Fort Lauderdale, and so far, bookings are better than expected at the Royal Palms Resort & Spa, thanks to Facebook offers, said hotelier Richard Gray.

The nation’s first full-service gay resort Sounds like the only thing new is the marketing strategy of calling this something new.
Google "gay resort" and you'll see such things all over the place... Palm Springs, various places in Florida, Las Vegas, etc. I've also heard of gay cruises for years now.

If the clientele don't want to pay extra for Full Service do they get a discount if they pump their own?
