The U.S. Department of Education sent a letter to districts around the country Friday, reminding them that all students - legal or not - are entitled to a public education.

Per the Constitution my hard earned labor MUST be confiscated to promote crime.

I just can't take this as my obligation under the Constitution.

Feds: All kids, legal or not, deserve K-12 education

Dear Feds,
That must be an individual choice in a country of free citizens.
Please feel free to do what you think is "right" with your own money.

Being grandiose with MY money I have issues with. My right, my money, my freedom to decide. If you don't agree, find a new job.

YOU work for US.

Institutionalized insanity!

Washington is a cess pool waiting for the big Roto-Rooter.

We can’t do anything directly right now, but we can vote against incumbents and pray for a total cleanout someday.

The US Department of Education should not exist. It did not exist before the eighties. It did not exist when the US put a man on the Moon. It did not exist when the US prevailed in the World Wars. It did not exist throughout the history of US ascendence.

The US Dept of Education exists to centralize political agenda and for no other reason. Algebra, Literature, History, Grammar, Writing, Geometry, exist totally independent from federal government intervention.

Local jurisdictions were always the administrators, financiers, and oversight of public education. There is nothing, absolutely nothing, in the US Constitution about the federal government's involvement in public education.

Furthermore all parents know the value of education and do not need funding or guidance from the federal government; if needed, that can be obtained from the local jurisdiction.

Furthermore the burden of educating illegal attendees, those who have contributed no taxes and have no loyalty whatsoever to the nation, dilutes the resources of the legitimate tax-paying citizenship, further weakening an already notoriously failed public education system.

Furthermore sections of the US RICO law specifically indict harboring and aiding US illegal aliens, law enacted by Congress, our representatives, consciously composed to address illegal alien exploitation of the US taxpayer.

The current federal administration of the current US President is the most corrupt, bigoted, and conspiratorial, of any President in the last one hundred years, maybe ever. We are dealing with operatives way beyond Barack Obama, the talking front man.

You as a taxpaying citizen are NOT obligated to pay for the education of illegal invaders. They are to pay in their own country for public education. The legitimate US citizen taxpayer of today is being bulldozed, blatantly and illegally, by the Obama Administration, and virtually NOBODY will say it.

Repeat, the United States put a man on the Moon, dominated Nobel Prizes in science, developed the automobile and aviation, etc. with NO Dept of Education, and little federal government interference, in public education. US citizenship is being made a joke.

“The U.S. Department of Education reminding them that all students - legal or not - are entitled to a public education.”

Good, tell the Nazis to go to hell and send your divisions out to enforce your fascist dictates.

And remember, an enemy of America - a teacher, a union bureaucrat, a politician - may be living next door to you.

Take care of the problem.
