The Candidates...
Gary Johnson
Johnson served as governor of New Mexico from 1995 to 2002. He founded what would become one of the largest construction companies in New Mexico. He has competed in several triathlons and climbed Mount Everest.
Herman Cain
Cain is the former chief executive of Godfather's Pizza and former chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. He lost the Georgia Republican primary for a U.S. Senate seat in 2004. He was recently the host of Atlanta-based radio show.
Rick Santorum
Santorum served two terms in the U.S. House and two terms in the U.S. Senate. He became the Senate's third-ranking Republican in 2001. He was defeated for reelection in 2006.
Ron Paul
Paul is serving his 11th full term in the U.S. House. Hes an obstetrician-gynecologist and was the Libertarian nominee for president in 1988. He unsuccessfully sought the Republican nomination for president in 2008
Tim Pawlenty
Pawlenty served two terms as governor of Minnesota, from 2002 to 2010. He served in the Minnesota House from 1992 until 2002. He is the son of a truck driver.
Same here on Johnson and the abortion issue! He was dead in the water on that point alone, as far as I was concerned!
People bought into the media lie and Obama told them all about the rainbows and unicorns. Well, they are far worse off then 2 years ago and those unicorns are being hunted for food.
People that are ideologically driven with no regard to this proud nation’s founding will believe any politico that promises them everything.
My bad I had seen another article on this I posted in. The article I linked last; makes it clear that Ventura would run if Paul were an Independent. Ventura bashes Palin as well.
Here is the other article.

Sarah Palin disrespected...surprise surprise, roll eyes.
Frank Luntz is a jerk btw. Some of his dumb focus group tonight said they held it against the other possible candidates for not taking part??
Why because Fox decides to hold a debate in early May 2011?
Chris Wallace is a joke, I thought much of the debate was a joke.
Chris and Bret sounded like they could have been doing a debate for MSNBC...
“The media loves Paul because he makes all republicans look dumb.”
When it comes to foreign policy as it relates to terrorism, his advocacy of “pulling our troops out all over the globe”, and leaving tiny, lone ranger Israel to fend for itself (as if it’s an equal match for ALL the rest of a hostile Middle East surrounding it, (most) intent on obliterating it, PAUL’S THE DUMMY. He doesn’t know the first thing about radical Islam and thinks these fanatical monsters would leave us alone if we’d “just mind our own business”. He blames us for 9/11.
RP’s a total idiot on this deal-breaker issue.
Ron Paul certainly would be one of the top picks for “father of the Tea Party”. Santelli would be another, and Palin in one or another respect.
You know about his cancer because he told you, what do you know about the health of the current POTUS? Come back when you have a report, and leave this issue where belongs.
The language of his answer, "prochoice until viability," was horrifying. Callous.
Sarah should announce because Fox News is holding a early debate???
That battle with cancer would make me hesitate to vote for Cain. I like him in this debate, but cancer has a nasty habit of coming back. What if he got near the finish line and appeared to be winning and the cancer recurred? We would be cooked. Nope. Too risky. Maybe he would be a good VP.
************
I don’t know. A lot of cancer nowadays is much more akin to a chronic disease. It can be managed. Only Herman Cain knows whether he would be healthy enough to survive a four year term.
Who knows about Obama, the cig fiend, either. He could come down w. lung ca at any time now.
Christie, what`s so great about him?
Palin/West could be the endgame!
As one who voted for Cain in that 2002 Primary it was pretty amazing that Cain almost forced a runoff with Isakson and that would have been interesting.
Ron Paul was too OLD in 2008 and now almost four years later he is still too OLD.
In Aug. he will be 76 then in 2012 he will be 77 going on 78...not only is his body mass shrinking so is his brain..young college kids love him because he wants to legalize pot..
Well I though Cain was impressive. I thought Pawlenty scored a big point with his Boeing point which I’m not sure most people knew people knew what this is about but SC voters do. Nickey Haley applauded that line big time. Santorum made some strong points. Paul is just a tired act. Move along sonny boy. Johnson looked like he was in the wrong place most of the night.
You go hoot!
Earth to Gary! Islamics don't need an excuse to murder Christian and Jewish people, but if they do become "radicalized" by our efforts to thwart terrorism that serves a needed purpose of drawing more cockroaches out of the woodwork to exterminate.
and just what do you dislike about the TAXED ENOUGH ALREADY Party???
Luntz is going on and on against Cain. Also talking about 0bama’s foreign policy experience in the senate! Now I feel the need to do what Penn & Teller told me to whenever I see Frank and say F you Frank.
