Hamas's reference to Osama bin Laden as a "holy warrior" is "outrageous," a US State Department official said on Tuesday, slamming the group for mourning the death of the al-Qaida leader.
"Osama bin Laden was a murderer and terrorist who ordered the killings of thousands of innocent men, women, and children – many of them Muslim," the official said. "He did not die a martyr, he died hiding in luxury place far away from the violence that was carried out in his name. "
Hamas Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh on Monday condemned the killing of bin Laden, whom he hailed as a Muslim mujahed [warrior] and Arab human being. He also told reporters in Gaza City that the killing of bin Laden came in the context of the United States’ policy of killing and repression.

Maybe they actually called him a "holey warrior", which would accurately describe what the SEALs turned him into.
And yet we still send $$$ to Palestinians (Hamas, Fatah, Hizbollah). their gravy train needs to be cut off as well as Pakistan. Use that $$$$ to invest back in our own country to build refineries and drill for new oil to become independant from arab oil.

AMEN to that! I am tired of sending them our treasury in the vain hope that it will buy some respect and cooperation. All it gets us is lies and scorn. And as a policy, the war on terror will NOT succeed unless there is a considered effort to win hearts and minds to the TRUTH in Christ Jesus. There is NO democracy without Jesus Christ. A lesson Americans need to learn before it is too late.
