Oprah Winfrey taped her first joint interview since 2006 with President Barack Obama and Michelle Obama last week.
A major coup -- until President Obama announced Sunday that U.S. Navy Seals had killed Osama Bin Laden.
"Trying to decide what to do about tomorrow's show with prez that was taped last week. Show will feel dated because we taped last week. Not even a hint of Osama's demise," Winfrey Tweeted Sunday night.
In the end, the show aired uncut without Winfrey explaining the turn of events since it was taped last Wednesday. The phrase "previously recorded" flashed across the screen several times.

That says all you need to know. Oprah was afraid the show wouldn't cast Obama in his new "war President" light. So, she wanted to keep it in the can.

At least Al Jazera makes no pretense of being pro U. S. Come to think of it, neither does Oprah. Got me there folks.

Oprah is nervous about SOMEthing in the interview that will not wash clean and she's already struggling with her public endorsement of the zero's.

LOL! She's so far up there, she also breathes for him. I have never liked anyone for the color of his or her skin, nor disliked them for the same reasons. Only blacks like Oprah think bigoted thoughts like that.

If she really did, why would it be necessary to tell us? Statements like this are meant to show us how understanding and gentile these show people are. If it were a genuine concern, she would have simpley cancelled. Instead, we are treated to more showmanship and artifical tenderness on her part.
