President Barack Obama and other administration officials are considering releasing a photo of Osama bin Laden's corpse on Tuesday, according to a report.
Also being considered for release are videos from "helmet cams" of the Navy SEALS elite team that carried out the operation in a town just north of Islamabad, Pakistan, ABC News reported. The troops captured the mission on tape wearing the helmet cameras.
"We are looking at releasing additional information, details about the raid as well as any other types of material, possibly including photos. We want to understand exactly what the possible reaction might be to the release of this information," White House counterterrorism adviser John Brennan said, according to the report.
They’re working on a way to photoshop Obama into the scene, saying “I did this!”
Carney - WH press conf just started.

First all polls are tanking after General “Patton-Trump” is firing from the hips with double pistols and still re-loading!
A faked b.c. surfaced like Hillary’s billings. Then OBL’s head is presented on a silver platter, yet living in this “Mansion” for six years and nobody knew!!
The deck of cards or the deck chairs are rotated as Petreus now in Afghanistan or was is moving into CIA where Panetta dances over to Pentagon replacing Gates who done the “dirty” work of sacrificing Patriot Lt.Col. Lakin to prison for asking for the b.c. they had and COULD have been presented!!!
The so called “uprising” in Tunisia, Libya, Egypt, Syria, Yemen staged to sacrifice ISRAEL!!!!
All this gets me to thinking of the 2012 election and certainly on the movie “Wag The Dog”???
It’s a very short trip from “Prepare” to “Doctor” with this bunch.
It’s a very short trip from “Prepare” to “Doctor” with this bunch.
They shouldn’t do that.
ctdonath2 goes from thread to thread defending Obama as if they are lovers.
Myself, I do question a lot of the crap Obama spews and certainly disagree with about every policy of his, but I cannot conclude that our military is not made up of honorable men that did the job they were told to do and from all accounts, did that job very well.
It was needed as FR seems overrun now by people who do believe the whole thing is a political setup fraught with forgeries. “deathers” are rampant.
“Prepared for release???” Prepared how? Load ‘em up and post them to the website already!!!!
We had possession of the body. You put the body on a flat surface back at the air base or Navy ship, you request that everybody move out of the way, then you take photos.
There should be nothing to "prepare".
The only thing that should have been prepared is the list of the order in which press photographers from all over the World would be allowed in the room, 5 photographers at a time for 15 minutes at a time, for as long as it took, to take as many photographs of the dead body as possible.
Instead, the body is in Davy Jone's Locker and we now are forced to deal with "prepared" photographs in the Age of Photoshop.
It is sheer incompetence on the part of Obama.
I hope and pray al Qaeda decides to declare Osama bin Ladin a Martyr. Otherwise, al Qaeda will deny everything and turn Osama bin Ladin into the terrorist D. B. Cooper that can never be killed.
I thought I saw a picture of the dead Osama posted on FR this morning. It looked real. Had a greenish hue and a military man next to him.
Translation...
We still need to Photo Shop this....
They do not want to get busted like they did on the first fake photo or the fake re release of the long form Certificate of Live Birth.
Think about it folks. When Saddam’s kids were killed... They displayed it very quickly. What’s with all the stalling?
You’re wasting your time trying to be logical with the “deathers”.
The potlickers in dc just don’t get it!
We want the truth, no doctored photos, and we could care more about what the rest of the world thinks!
I think OBL was killed. I’m just questioning the timing. Thus why we have the delay of the photo.
How else do you explain the delay of the photo?
So, we’ve gone from a Drudge banner stating “White House releasing photo” to “considering releasing a photo.”
Got it.
