Since nobody has an actual sample of OBL’s DNA. The only thing that the CIA could do to confirm their claims is to compare it against living members of OBL’s family for a herditary comparison.
This is why the CIA are only claiming an 99.9% accuracy rate. Which is merely a 1000 to 1 accuracy as opposed to the 99.9999999% accuracy rate typically associated with a conventional DNA test.
This is by way the same CIA that told us that Saddam Huessain had WMD’s without a doubt....
