I'm wondering if the military didn't act without his knowledge after a frustrating delay while BO was out golfing . Then BO's announcement had to be delayed because he had to be informed, stop crying at the loss of life, give orders to treat the body with respect, etc. before he could go before the cameras, take all the credit and lie to us infidels.
He dithered until he really needed a ‘get’ when his numbers hit the shitter.
It’s hard to imagine why it took 8 months to act and even harder to imagine it being kept under wraps for that long.
