I can tell you shedloads about Helmand. I have one son still serving there and one son who died there.
If, by being a little bit respectful to BL’s body without giving him a tomb that can act as a rallying point, it calms down the locals so I get my younger son back in one piece, I can live with that.
If you can’t - I am quite sure my younger boy would happily give you his place. Let me know when you are ready to ship out so he can come home.
