Listening to Col David Hunt (Retired) on Fox right now explaining how the rules of engagement did not permit the Americans the Afghan pilot killed to have loaded weapons on base. The angry pilot simply shot them execution style after he left the meeting and retrieved a loaded firearm from his office.
Have any of you heard this before? I am outraged.
How do you fight a war with one hand tied behind your back?
modus operendi for all Democrat wars because US is too powerful
This is an outrage.
All American servicemen and women either overseas or serving on bases here at home should be required to wear sidearms and have automatic handguns at the ready and receive training on how to use them and make sure they are tested regularly to ensure it.
This is quite common, depending on which post you’re in. This explains a lot. Even with ammo handy, they were no doubt ambushed and gunned down by their “trusted student” before they had a chance to load.
Maybe the same rules should apply to the Secret Service surrounding Stroker.
No loaded weapons allowed.
Obama has to go and he needs to be made responsible for these deaths.
this should be a non-negotiable - loaded weapons or just get the hell out...let the Afgans and Taliban shoot each other...
I also have an Air Force son who is currently serving in Afghanistan, and am outraged at the ‘Rules of Engagement’ that put our brave men and women at an extreme disadvantage during deployment.
Fight the damned war, or get out! Quit bending over backwards and kissing Arab ass.
My daughter is US Navy and DETs to an Afghan base. She was instructed wear her loaded sidearm. She kept it in a drawer in her office. Her office was secure, but if someone was able to get in, the office was set up in such a way that even if she was wearing it she wouldn’t have time to defend herself. First, it irritated me that she didn’t carry it when walking the base, second, it infuriated me that her office was set up so that backs were to the door.
Otherwise Brucie might get reflexively shot when he gropes some young troop.
Do you know anything about this?
May you son stay safe and thank him for this family for his service to our country.
Two rules, dhimmis.
American soldiers must never hurt or insult OUR people.
And when OUR people graduate to American-killing 'terrorists'
only then are they entitled to American taxpayer-paid lawyers ( 1, 2, 3, 4),
and, of course, American citizenship."
Yes, I was outraged last June when this started.
Obama Regime orders U.S. troops in Afghanistan to carry WEAPONS with NO BULLETS!
Shades of Beirut, where the Marine guards on duty had no magazines loaded when the big truck bomb drove past them and into the BLT HQ.
PC kills. When will a general resign over these outrages?
Or do their stars always trump the welfare of their troops?
In VEEEETNAM it was also a policy to disarm American troops if they were to be around any high ranking Pols,ie; senators, congresscritters, presidents etc.. Only the "Palace Guard" could be armed and even then they were watched by others. Its the way of life if you are a despot.
“How do you fight a war with one hand tied behind your back?”
Remember - we are “Nation Building” not fighting a declared war.
This can NOT be allowed to be swept under the carpet and if (when) the families of the KIA's get ahold of this, I doubt if it will.
Bring em' all home and bring em' home NOW!!!
