IF this can be verified as factual, some heads need to roll, begining with that PC, Multiculturalist, "Hearts and Minds" A-Hole (and soon to be CIA, DCI, God forbid) who has embraced and enforced these assinine and dangersous ROE's.

This can NOT be allowed to be swept under the carpet and if (when) the families of the KIA's get ahold of this, I doubt if it will.
