Too bad the founding fathers didn't think of that definition. Their plan was too restrictive. In fact, why do we have any standards for any government office any more? Let's call ourselves a democracy and just make it up as we go! Yeah, that's the ticket!

Didn’t the caller (who sounded very well read, and I have no argument with him) just refer to the part talking about children born outside of the US, as that was the reason they were writing the resolution about MCCain? I was feeding a baby and trying to listen, but perhaps I am wrong.

I just do not see that SCOTUS would rule that a child born to an American on US soil was not a natural born citizen. If the case ever is heard and I am wrong, then I will be happy to apologize.

He is proving the reason NBC was a qualification. The list of bad policy from Obama that would not happen if someone loved this country. Obama took advantage of a trusting American public and his skin color in the 2008. Americans generally do not think on the level of deception Obama Axelrod and Soros do.

The Canadian doesn't get the some of the basic fundamentals that the Founders laid and how they wanted an absolutely clean break from England. They didn't want ANY influence from foreign powers over the POTUS which is prevented with the requirement that BOTH parents be citizens as the time of a person's birth on US soil.

He still has some allegiance to the crown which we don't have which I think clouds his judgment.

Because we may think we are certain of the outcome doesn't mean we give up the fight. Either we believe in the rule of law or we think it is a shifting sea of sand. Even if it is not clear we should still seek some sort of clarification. It doesn't distract with everything else. Those fights are still going strong.

If we were going after 0bama we should have started with NBC not the birth certificate. Switching so late in the game after the Trumping makes us look desperate politically.

Short of packing the courts I don’t see how we get anywhere without standing. And remember the courts can’t remove 0bama on impeachment and conviction will and we don’t have the senate.
