The author offers the wrong premise.

Obamanomics has not failed to achieve its desired goal of wrecking the US economy to weaken the USA and reduce our global influence, to make us less competitive world wide, to make us dependent on foreign powers like China. On the other side of the coin, it has not failed to flood lower class inner city Americans with free goods and services from food stamps to free internet service to free home weatherproofing.

Obamanomics is succeeding in its intended goals, which were never about strengthening the US economy, growing jobs, or restoring America’s economic independence.

So after decades, the progressives have finally gotten their wish and brought America to her knees with the super majorities they held in congress and through the presidency.

Now what’s their plan?

Americans are supposed to recognize that our misery is a good thing, that it’s for the common good, embrace it and re-elect the progs to carry on the destruction?

Bipartisan, corporate-government politinomics has failed and will continue to fail, regardless of who is allowed to be nominated, until the default has run its course.
