I want to be with you on this sentiment. Unfortunately, my familiarity with the actual statutes in question is admittedly very poor. Can you help bring me up to speed?
I’ve heard this sort of argument bandied about, yet nobody has taken the time to actually point me in the right direction of which laws, specifically, support it. At the very least it would be nice to know what to say if it comes up again.

It’s slightly different, but it’s certainly not his original BC. It’s what you’d get if someone looked at your original BC and transcribed it to the modern form.
There’s no way to tell from this, what was on his original BC.

There's no way this doesn't have a political motive. Maybe his polling really is that bad and he wants to take it off the table for 2012. Trump could be getting under his skin.

This is a modern reproduction. When they create these, they don’t use negro as the race, even if it’s on the original.
