You got that right. However, they are all virtually refund anticipation loans or debit cards.....Uncle don't send no checks no more. It is a yearly Christmas spree among EITCers. Play it right and you can live on welfare and make more than a man with a family making $45K a year and all you have to do is go vote for a Democrat.
The only upside to total collapse of the government and economy is that these leeches will starve.
