I guess I missed the part about why I should care what Chrystia Freeland has to say about anything, or, for that matter, why I should have the slightest idea who she is.
Freeland is an importtant editor at the Reuters wire service. She is in a position to influence the ‘news’ that millions of people in the US and abroad receive. I think it’s significant that someone in her position has such extreme, anti-American views, and feels comfortable expressing them on national TV.
