As another poster suggested, both of these thugs should be charged with attempted murder. In an ideal world, both would be put out of our misery.

I hadn’t watched the video until now, and I was really shocked. First a black man pulled them off the sex change “woman,” and they came back; he chased them off again, and they entered through another door and began dragging this “her” off, kicking and punching “her” head and face and stomack. A heavy-set white or Hispanic woman finally got between them and they hit her too but then left because the McDonalds’ employees - who by that time had stopped laughing and wisecracking at the beating - were hooting and hollering that the cops were coming and they should get out before the cops got there.

The McDonalds’ employees should go to jail, too, as accessories after the fact.

That's just silly.

It was clearly a first degree assault.

The victim was treated for cuts and bruises and released from the hospital the same night he was admitted. Under no possible interpretation of the statute was this even close to "attempted murder."

An adult man trespassed into a women's restroom, pretty predictably starting a fight.

I'm sorry, but a grown man who barges into a women's restroom and refuses to leave is asking for a beating.

If this had been a guy wearing jeans and a flannel shirt insisting on entering a women's restroom, and if he had gotten whupped by two teenage girls, those girls would now be folk heros.
