You can take your tinfoil hat off. It is a proven fact that the SS monitored this site when Clintoon was in office. I’m sure they continued to when Bush was President and are now. It is only reasonable to think that other agencies do too.

The victory by the USA over the CSA resulted in the end of the idea that since the States freely entered into union, they could freely choose to leave.

The interesting thing is that one said he knew his post was wrong as soon as he hit the 'post' button and asked for it to be removed. It was removed in less than 15 minutes of its posting yet the SS were at his place of work the next day.
There were far fewer threads and posts in 2000 than there are today but it was still only one of thousands of posts that day and was only visible for that brief time. That suggests that there was a good deal of manpower and/or technology devoted to the task.
