“A house divided cannot stand.”
There is a powerful truth in those words. The situation was WAY different in those days. These days as individuals we must stand united against a tyrannical central government.
I believe those same words, or something very much like them, were used by those who rebelled against the USA in 1861.
Oh, and only a house divided AGAINST ITSELF cannot stand.
