Donald Trump believes that hes fit to be president. Why, you ask? Because he knows so much about foreign policy or economics? Or perhaps because he has a lot of experience working in the public sector? No, because hes rich.
Im a much bigger business man and have (a) much, much bigger net worth. I mean, my net worth is many, many, many times Mitt Romney, he said yesterday on CNNs State of the Nation. I built a very big net worth and Id like to put that ability to work for this country. He added that he doesnt do it for myself, Ill be doing it for the country.
Although Trumps obviously oversimplifying matters, theres something to say for having a successful businessman run for president. Like Romney, he has proved himself in the private sector. Thats an important feature for presidential candidates; they can use their business experience to run the country. A figure such as Trump will be able to streamline the bureaucracy and to think outside of the box. Oh, and thats not even to mention his ability to help the economy regain its footing.
Having said that, Trump is obviously wrong to assert that this is all one needs.

Can’t argue there.
I can. I mean, according to Trump’s logic, Warren Buffett would be better than him. Buffett: Obama’s best friend.
The mere act of bringing out the BC issue proves his are bigger than the entire GOP put together.
Ouch. but true.
He's also the only one who has said....NO MOSQUE NEAR GROUND ZERO.
The Magic RINO Romney: |
Maybe, at least he has not been running a whore house hedge fund. But then only his X’s know for sure. LOL
He’s knocking the oily Romney. What’s wrong with that?
Romney - the Magic RINO:
"I have had a lifetime of service
in the private sector."
(Romney on BOR, 16.15 EST, 4/18/2011)
"We don't intend to turn the Republican Party
over to the traitors in the battle just ended.
We will have no more of those candidates who are pledged
to the same goals as our opposition and who seek our support.
Turning the Party over to the so-called moderates
wouldn't make any sense at all.""
-- President Ronald Reagan
I think there should be some sort of spouse rule that applies to all Trump posts...
There. Fixed it.
Total bullshit. Trump is a debt-inflated business disaster. His companies have declared bankruptcy at least three times, he has defaulted on loans numerous times, and even sued to use Eminent Domain to wreck a woman’s house to make way for a VIP Limousine parking lot next to one of his casinos (thank goodness, he lost). I would NEVER vote for Mitt Romney, however he is FAR more successful in business. He was a shrewd VC fund manager with Bain Capital, giving Staples it’s seed and then main funding, returning 700% return to investors. I hope neither one of these guys ever become the GOP’s nominee.
Which is bigger: Trump’s mouth or Trump’s ego?
Trump asked Forbes to check his books. Trump wanted that billionaire rating from them. He comes in at 2 billion. Romney runs a candy store in comparison
