Well put, sten. The big problem here is that Obama is outright flaunting our laws and has been since day 1. I have to agree with Glenn in one very simple aspect: this really is a distraction to the extent that Obama’s dancing on America’s tomb while Trump does his sleuthing. The Republic truly is burning, and Obama will never give up the goat until the torches and pitchforks are on the street in front of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.
The “ruling class” is doing nothing for the people, and I fear a popular revolution may be the only recourse for an out of control Federal government.

His background, evasiveness, deception doesn't get a free pass because media says so. It is a new election in which candidates need to be qualified in order to run. Beck is out of touch on this. People can sense is a scam. Fox and O’Reilly are misleading in their reporting.
No, it's the Foxie management that's most likely talked to both of them, telling them to defend Obama on the constitutional eligibility issue against anyone who might raise it, or risk unemployment.
Don't know if you are aware of it or not, but there's another looming problem concerning Obama's fudging on his real biographical data: possible Social Security number fraud. When an O'Reilly viewer wrote to the host asking how and why Obama was using a SSN which would be issued only to a Connecticut resident (whereas in fact Obama never had a CT residence), O'Reilly blatantly lied to cover up for Obama, telling his audience that Obama Sr. lived in Connecticut and the SSN was issued to Obama Sr.'s address. But that was an egregious lie on the part of O'Reilly, since (1) Obama Sr. never lived in Connecticut and (2) at the time the SSN in question was issued (c. 1977), Obama Sr. was living in Kenya, where he remained until his death!
So there’s a vast conspiracy to take control of our entire country by George Soros and globalists etc etc...
But a guy running for POTUS and now holding the office who hides his basic life biography data (BC, grades, school tuition) is nothing to worry about?
How about just knowing what classes he took? Did he make an “A” in Marxism 3001? Or did he make a “D” in Constitutional Law? We don’t know.
so maybe he was born in the islands, what if he was adopted by lolo Soetoro in Hawaii and his BC was changed to reflect that and he later got it changed back to Obama(or not), how does that affect things?
I think it doesn't play into Beck's agenda.
And that is why he doesn't like it.
