Stop with the damn birth certificate! he said. Stop! According to him, it is a non-issue that only detracts from the real problem in America, which is progressives fundamentally transforming America.
If youre going to lose your country were going to lose it on a birth certificate? he asked. You have a real opportunity to talk about American exceptionalism instead youre going to waste time on the birth certificate?
Youre out of your mind if you think that is a winning argument for the next election. Youre out of your mind. You have to go fight the battle on the principles of America!

Yes. Since it was your own idea, please do - since you contribute nothing but chaos and divisiveness to the thread.
Yes but it comes down to
Was Barry legally in a position to pass those laws...
As for the eligibility
If you lie on your employment application
(claimi9ng to be a grad of Harvard etc)
and are found out after you have been hired and on the job 2 years
You will be fired...
Thne fact that the human resources/personal officer and the board of directors hired you makes no difference
You lied...you were not eligible...
I dont care how many electral colleges and conressmen hired Barry gave him a pass...the OK...rubberstamped him...
Hes found out...he lied on his application..
Its not too late...hes not excused just because he lied his way in...
and nobody bothered to check his references..
YOUR FIRED !!!,
a Midnight tweeking of the Constitution would have too happen before he could legally stay...
But if no relevant new facts come up, no court is going to bring in a new interpretation that unseats a president and overturns an election. Voters knew going into the election that Obama's father was Kenyan and could have found out that he wasn't a citizen. Justice Roberts knew it when he swore Obama in. Given all that the natural born citizen theory isn't going anywhere.
Not so long ago there were lawsuits to the effect that Bush and Cheney couldn't be president and vice president because they were "really" from the same state. No court was going to take that case and unseat an elected president because of a difference in interpretations, and the Supreme Court isn't going to take the natural born citizen case now and kick Obama out.
I agree 100%
“But if no relevant new facts come up, no court is going to bring in a new interpretation that unseats a president and overturns an election.”
An original interpretation is needed and the Supremes have never made one. The Constitution clearly says NBC. The Supremes would be forced to rule on what NBC actually meant. Lower courts may have ruled variously, but the SC ruling is the only one that matters. They have ignored lower courts (9th circuit almost as a matter of course) all the time so any lower decision means nothing.
Their decision makes all the difference and if they rule according to history, Barry is not NBC and thus never was President.
If they rule he is, so be it, but that ruling needs to be made.
I watched beck when he first started on fox. After the same stories every night I gave up on him. Even he can’t change the way non working Americans think. The only way to take this country back is by only being allowed to vote, if you pay income taxes period.
I hope Tump exposes the sob.
The answer/argument from the other side is English common law and Blackstone.
Well that's nice to know. Do you agree with that assessment?
It did indeed, and in many relevent cases, English rulings and Blackstone were cited.
Ah, I see.
I defer to greater minds...
The Framers Used Emer de Vattel, Not William Blackstone to Define a Natural Born Citizen
As James Brown Scott has correctly stated: "It is therefore to be expected that, when terms of municipal law are found in the Constitution, they are to be understood in the sense in which they were used in Blackstone's Commentaries; and when the law of nations is referred to, that its principles are to be understood in the sense in which Vattel defined them." James Brown Scott, The United States of America: A Study in International Organizations 439 (1920). There is little doubt that citizenship properly falls under the law of nations and not under the rules of municipal law.
A very informative article, IMO.
The proof “not the Plouffe” is in the pudding. Show me the bona fides then, don’t do the fraudster’s bidding.

I sent you a link to Susan Daniels’, you never replied to me. All of this this all ties in to the bc don’t you know. Obama was born Barry Steve Dunham...not very exotic for a future president relying on the black vote and independents to get elected.
And there is strong speculation that his father is probbaly FMD...
And I love The Donald....”Whenever they come after me I am going to bring up Rezko!”
He he he...and Nixon was toxic to a political party. Wait till this guy hits the slammer.
You are now degenerating the conversation into hyperbole.
“You need to write the book. Or at least a series of articles. They could be stand alone threads.”
Thank you. Believe me, if the powers that be ever asked, I’d love to.
“The answer/argument from the other side is English common law and Blackstone.”
“Do you agree with that assessment? “
My personal opinion this is irrelevent, it’s what courts decide. The courts won’t overturn 110 yr old precedents like Wong Kim Ark, so they’d come done on the English common law interpretation that “natural-born citizen” is same as “citizen from birth”, just as Ankeny court did. I have no desire to debate whether that reasoning is right or wrong since it’s been rehashed enough.
I would agree on one point with those bringing these suits: It should at least be heard, adjudicated, decided and put to rest.
You could start with articles, they would wind up being chapters or parts of chapters in a book. You could post them as vanities, and perhaps some of the feedback might be helpful; if not, you wouldn’t have to pay attention to it.
Think about it!
True, but most here seem to really hate vanaty posts. Can’t really blame them considering most are exactly that.
I think people would like to read articles about critical thinking and all that you wrote about.
Anyway, don’t want to pressure you!
But it might be a way to sort of stick your toe in the water.
A key correction:
The answer/argument from the other side is English common law and Blackstone.
Do you agree with that assessment?
My personal opinion *of* this is irrelevent, its what courts decide.
TN Nana, that is very interesting. I want more people to see it. Figuring out who to ping. So obviously Beck has been an anti-birther for a long time.
LucyT, pinging you to this very interesting comment of Tennessee Nana’s.
WAGs is a toadying 0h0m0 suckup and I don’t ping trolls when I reference them.
He’s a typical troll and has been for the last few years I’ve noticed him.
Ok. Lets keep pushing his birth certificate as an issue even though we know that by doing so other issues will be put on the back burner by the MSM. Great plan. And when we are taking wheel barrow loads of cash to buy a loaf of bread we can all gladly sing out, Obama still will not show his birth certificate.
Actually, I like your plan because I am convinced that until we have a complete and total financial collapse nobody is going to WAKE UP.
You think (for reasons that I have demolished several times, yet you keep making baseless assertions over and over...) that the MSM is soooo influenced by what you and I (aka "we") decide are important issues, that they will drop what they're doing, start focusing on 0h0m0's lack of eligibility, instead of the other vital issues they were just about to cover.
You also claim (although I have been explaining very clearly why I totally disagree, 1000% at least) that we BOTH think that the MSM will pay attention to conservatives who are concerned about 0h0m0's eligibility and immediatly stop covering other vital issues. Why do you pretend that I agree with you when I've been arguing with you since yesterday? That is very dishonest of you.
Now, since no one in their right mind can possibly really believe that the MSM is so sensitive to our wishes and interests, there must be another reason why you want 0h0m0's eligibility issue dropped. Come on, tell us the real reason! I'm really curious.
