"And so that was just a example of a new Senator, you know, making what is a political vote as opposed to doing what was important for the country. And Im the first one to acknowledge it."
Jesus, if they dont rip him to shreds for that quote alone.

That's a relief.

"And so that was just a example of a new Senator, you know, making what is a political vote as opposed to doing what was important for the country. And Im the first one to acknowledge it." So right out of the gate this guy was corrupted by the process rather than the usual other way around...rather than being an altruistic, bright-eyed congressman/senator who is going to fix the country and then being corrupted by the system; he was already corrupt and just got worse.
This guy is such a drag on our country.

They won’t touch him for that comment. That’s way if it comes up later, he will say that’s old news, let’s look forward.

“When did you realize that vote was a mistake?”
I hope everyone who voted for him is doing just this every time they look at this buffoon.

You know this guy is damaged goods for the '12 run if this is all he has to say on this blatant flip flop. Obummer is going to get this rammed down his throat as they fight over this. It reminds me of another Rat geniuses quote.
"I voted for it before I voted against it."

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising Americas debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government cant pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Governments reckless fiscal policies.
Increasing Americas debt weakens us domestically and internationally. Leadership means that the buck stops here. Instead, Washington is shifting the burden of bad choices today onto the backs of our children and grandchildren. America has a debt problem and a failure of leadership. Americans deserve better." ..... Barack Obama, U.S. Senate Floor Speech, March 20, 2006

The affirmative action hire in the White Hut gets a pass on everything.
He ran for President when he was still a new Senator. So, applying simple logic, Obama, by his own admission, was too inexperienced to be President. No one, even most Republicans, will connect the dots for the imbeciles in the electorate.
