Conservative Christians reproduce at a substantially higher rate.

Some do, but not all of us. Raising kids is expensive, mainly because we are taxed out the rear end to pay for other children that we did not go through the fun of making.\

That is a cop-out. If you can't afford more than two children in the richest society in human history, then no one could ever afford more than two.

As a Catholic homeschooler, I know many families with 6, 7, 10 and more kids. None of them are rich in terms of material possessions. And yet somehow, they manage to produce extraordinary children who will be true assets to American society.
