One state at a time. I understand that it only takes 3 states.

Any chance this becomes law and gets signed? I hope OK can be next. If we can get 2 - we may get 2 more.

We need at least one state to require a long from birth certificate of the Pres and VP candidates. Of course, I’m sure that Rats will challenge the requirement in court, but that kinda tips their hand. Why oppose such a measure?

Does this mean when Obama runs for re-election he will be forced to produce his Long form birth certificate?

The bugaboo here is that, not having demanded resolution to the problem early on, time has been made available to generate the best forgery that money can buy.

The Arizona senate is useless. Did they even mention ‘natural born Citizen’ one time in this bill? These are the ass-hats that have taken an oath to protect and defend a Constitution they know nothing about. Pathetic.

The bill is going to allow for other documentation than birth certificates. I wonder what that means? Obama is likely to submit his COLB and his Costco photo ID card and declare victory.

That solves everything. A certified, exemplified, self authenticating, COLB short form from the State of Hawaii will be accepted as a prima facie showing.

Well, I guess Obama ain’t gonna be on the ballot in AZ in 2012.

I got to ask why did the Az Senate change any wording? Now it has to go back to the house!

The measure includes some changes that allow for other documents beside birth certificates to be produced by presidential contenders.
The saving clause that renders the bill useless.
