How many cars can a group of people use tow straps on?
Get one husky truck up front with a diesel and ten commuter cars all tied together with tow straps. Would work great on Interstates or rural back roads.
Or better yet each car has a super magnet in the front and the rear, as long as the polarity is an accepted direction the cars just draw themselves together like an automotive centipede.

Here in CA, sales taxes apply to gasoline. This is a windfall to the state.

Odumbo and his NON-energy policy are about to put us into another recession, and we're still not out of this one yet despite what his lemmings in the media tell us.
Take a look at Hussein's reaction to high energy prices:

After watching this, try to imagine Bush saying this in July '08 and what the media and the left's reaction would be.

Have Drivers Finally Thrown in Their Keys?
Hardly. I live 20 miles from any mass transit.
Mass transit is for people who don't want to die alone.

I have a solution!
We buy railroad couplers and mount them to our cars and trucks.
Then all you need to do is couple up a commuters road train!

Dems purpose for getting the gas price up high explained right here. Higher gas prices means more people shifting to government controlled and taxpayer funded mass transit.
With the current crop of traitor commies running things, it’s just as simple as that.

I don't believe that is widespread...when the msm gets into supporting obama's follies, two people equals "everybody" to the msm.
Gas prices were over $4 three or four years ago for awhile and people - including me - kept on commuting.
This is an msm "build it and they will come" ploy.

Gas bills(receipts) should be sent to representative’s in each voters district along with a note that payment is due within 30 days.

Took a drive to a nearby town this afternoon and saw a low of $4.04 and a high of $4.15. There were lots of $4.08-4.09. One gas station was $4.08 going and $4.12 a couple of hours later on the return trip. Wonder what it will be by Memorial Day.
