Posted on 04/10/2011 8:10:42 PM PDT by TexasVoter

The Hawaiian state health official who personally reviewed Barack Obama's original birth certificate has affirmed again that the document is "real" and denounced "conspiracy theorists" in the so-called "birther" movement for continuing to spread bogus claims about the issue. ...Fukino said, she wanted to inspect the files — and did so, taking with her the state official in charge of vital records. She found the original birth record, properly numbered, half typed and half handwritten, and signed by the doctor who delivered Obama, located in the files. She then put out a public statement asserting to the document's validity. She later put out another public statement in July 2009 — after reviewing the original birth record a second time.

Just the libs talking point of the week — Trash Trump. They’re scared. “Demonize the opposition.” Too bad they are so pathetically putrid.

She said she “looked” at it at the request of a republican governor and that republican would have to be a part of the cover up.

No, Ms. Fukino, you told that republican governor that you had seen it and it was legit. And by your own admission the republican governor would not be able to look at and you would be breaking the law if you made a copy and gave to the governor.

These people always say too much. hee hee

Again? He’s already done that like 7 times today, at least that’s how many times it’s been reported he did it here at FR.

Man, since Trump came out a lot of lefties are going out of their way to prove the muslim was born in Hawaii. And that’s exactly what they want to talk about. They DO NOT want to talk about his non-citizen father. Maybe this is what Trump is up to.

She never ever made any assertion that Obozo met the requirements of NBC at the time of his birth. IF so I would sure like to see the url.

At the time of the drafting and ratification of the United States constitution,
the definition of natural born citizen, combined both the principles of jus soli and jus sanguinis.

“The citizens are the members of the civil society; bound to this society by certain duties, and subject to its authority, they equally participate in its advantages. The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens.
As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights. The society is supposed to desire this, in consequence of what it owes to its own preservation; and it is presumed, as matter of course, that each citizen, on entering into society, reserves to his children the right of becoming members of it. The country of the fathers is therefore that of the children; and these become true citizens merely by their tacit consent. We shall soon see whether, on their coming to the years of discretion, they may renounce their right, and what they owe to the society in which they were born. I say, that, in order to be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country.”
Emmerich De Vattel, (1714-1767,) Law of Nations, 1758, § 212, "Of the citizens and naturals."

HI has never officially attested to the COLB image authenticity ... and should not since they have no idea where it came from or what is on it or not on it, like addendums which have been made due to adoption. That is a typical Obamanoid lie to claim HI officials verified the forgery.

What did get said was a fool in HI vital records (Fukino) actually made the assertion that Barry was qualified ... and of course not one media bitch asked the fool to explain how she reached that conclusion. Democrats and their sycophancy will believe any lie which meets their fancy and tell any lie that serves their agenda.

That argument I can see someone make, but this Hawaii birth denial looks silly to me. Especially given that his birth was announced in a newspaper back then. Mighty conspiracy

Barry's book, the COLB, and the two newspaper birth announcements all indicate Daddy was Barack Obamba. If so Barry is NOT a Natural Born Citizen.

Fukino says that the long-form is nto available - to ANYONE

So Hawaii is the ONLY state in the Union where for some reason long forms are treated as sacred scripture?

NEVER to be seen EVER by anyone except the Director of the Dept. of Health?

I smell big lies.
