Everybody's screaming about his birth certificate, and all these other documents -- and, you know, it's all irrelevant. His father was a loyal British subject at the time of his birth, and his mother was too young to qualify. It's documented fact. So I don't know why everybody is running around trying to prove anything. Any document he puts forward is a fraudulent document.
RUSH: Well, I'll tell you why it's important. There are two reasons why it's important. Number one, he's got a grandmother or aunt in Kenya who said she saw him born there. That's number one. Number two, aside from all of that, what Donald Trump is really doing -- and as I pointed out yesterday -- is Donald Trump is providing a lesson on how to beat Barack Obama. Donald Trump is showing that the way to do that is you go after these people. Not just Obama. You go after the left. You go after the Democrat Party. You don't get timid, you don't act defensive and you don't act afraid. You just go after them.

The other think Trump is doing is setting the parameters of the debate, by going after what could turn into the biggest scandal in the history of the USA. It is a bold move, but what else is Donald Trump known for?
If (big IF) he can unquestionably prove it, it is the end of Obama and those who support him. Not because anonymous blowhards like me say so on an online forum, but because foreign leaders will turn the screws, and bond buyers will stop purchasing our debt out of fear the US has become no more than a banana republic with a lying, deceitful, illegitimate president.

When folks in Mentor Ohio are asking questions, Obama has serious troubles
EVERYONE KNOWS Obama is hiding SOMETHING whether they want to admit it or not.
The only question left is what exactly is it that Obama’s desperately hiding from the American people and the rest of the world?
I agree with Rush about that, but if the best/fastest way to defeat his policies is by discrediting and getting rid of HIM, so be it.
Having said that I agree with him - whenever Rush has to rely on that line “don’t doubt me” - I start to doubt him a lot. He’s no more infallible than the rest of us.
The more the left attack, the more they show they are on their heels and on the defensive. They are as predictable as a sunrise. And if I were Obama-lama-ding-dong, I would be getting pretty damn nervous about the whole thing right now. I am sure he has several people hard at work trying to make a convincing forgery of a birth certificate, and all the accompanying documentation as we speak.
The left don’t debate, they DENIGRATE. Page 1, paragraph 1 of the Liberal Manifesto.
I wish Rush would refer to the document by the title that’s on it... “Certification of Live Birth”

The GOP has punted on this issue. Nobody can say they were for this when they have already indicated they are not.

Being a birther alone is not a ticket to victory. Not unless Trump manages to come up with something nobody has been able to uncover to date - conclusive evidence that Obama is ineligible.

b) mother too young
AND that under those particular circumstances, IT DIDN’T MATTER, no BC could qualify Bam Bam under the Constitution adn Rush, just like all the others that like to hear themselves talk WASN’T LISTENING and his comments were NOT responsive.
