Yes! That would be the simplest of all statements to make. That it hasn't been made is a tell-tale. As okie01 wrote in post 53:

If she has, in fact, examined the document, she would say something like "I understand why people might be concerned, but I have seen the actual document and everything appears to be in order." End of story.

On the other hand, if she was covering something up, she might accuse the questioners of being "ludicrous".
