Congresswoman Tammy Baldwin (Lez-Madistan) weighs in with pointless blather and unnecessary interference in a state issue. Non-issue, I should say.

Bringing Eric Holder into a discussion of "fairness" or "integrity" is like going to Martin Sheen for help with abstinence.

MADISON, Wis. -- Democratic Rep. Tammy Baldwin has sent a letter to U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder asking for a federal investigation into the questionable handling of vote records in Waukesha County. "Following this week’s election for the Wisconsin Supreme Court, numerous constituents have contacted me expressing serious doubt that this election was a free and fair one," Baldwin said in the letter. "They fear, as I do, that political interests are manipulating the results."

What is there to investigate, and what was 'mishandled'? The only people trying to engage in 'political interests' to 'manipulate the results' are Ms. Baldwin and her liberal allies. The media / Associated Press figures are not official or legally binding in any way. She should be embarrassed for having done this...especially given that the Democrat election board member verified what had happened - what political interests could she have been engaging in to to have publicly made such a verification? This is beyond absurd...all designed to smear and just not accept the fact they lost the election - and make it look like their legitimate defeat was really a victory that was 'stolen' from them.

Obliviously the only way to solve this is to disenfranchise the people of Brookfield. /sarc

Really, would any of these clowns be complaining if the reported total votes from Brookfield was still zero?

It isnt a federal issue is it? Since it didnt cross state lines it must be handled by the state court no?

I mean, during the 2000 recount, the feds wouldnt get involved until it became a equal protection violation. If that is to be followed, the feds have no grounds for legal action.

Were there a bunch of old white guys in plaid pants standing around outside the polls brandishing putters? Sounds like intimidation to me.

so Rep Baldwin says constituents contacted her. I wonder how many of those constituents were union members from other states. According to democrats in every election they are losing there must be a recount. Lo and behold MerKowski, Franken etc. The whole thing is getting tiresome.

Tammy-we are tired of Madison stealing our hard earned dollars with more and more taxes that go to your union cronies.

Figure out how to live on less as the rest of us have the last few years.

By definition, election fraud occurs when the Democrat loses.

Alternatively, when the Democrat wins, no fraud investigation is required.

Nothing to investigate. Dems on the canvas board - one a vice chair of the dems in Waukesha - verified the counts as accurate.

Giving the wrong count to the press (unofficial numbers) is not the official canvassed count numbers. Sorry, there is nothing to see here. The Waukesha dems would have not gone along with it, the vice chair said as much in the press conference.

The Dems will manufacture outrage from this incident to motivate the faithful in their effort to recall the GOP Senators from office.

The facts are irrelevant...they will claim the election was stolen by the Koch Brothers and will endeavor to sustain as much momentum from all the union thug protests as possible.

There was a great WSJ article explaining how the recall math is against them, but it won't keep them from trying.

There is no need for an investigation because the offical count wasn’t released when the bimb decided to declare herself winner.

How about Holder investigating Dingy Reid’s recent SEIU election in Nevada?? Anyone want to bring up Al Franken’s election fraud?

Tammy, can you name one election in the last 50 years where a Republican has been accused of stealing votes let alone actually caught stealing votes. This is a Democrat pastime.Unlike your voters, all our votes are cast from among the living.

The omission would have been caught in the official count. This is a non-issue. Holder would look like a buffoon investigating this. I guess that hasn’t held him back before. Look at his medling in Arizona. I guess you don’t have to be able to read to be in Obambi’s Justice? department.

So he wants her investigated for making a mistake in a press release. Which is what happened. She didn’t give the AP the correct numbers.

If Holder investigates this....my blood pressure will go up.

Tammy Baldwin’s just pissed because her party didn’t bring up enough faux voters from Chicago to vote. They thought they had it in the bag.

Hit the road, Tammy. Take a hike.
