MILWAUKIE, Ore. -- A Milwaukie teen says a man, later found to be a sex offender, tried to grab her while she was walking home from school Thursday evening.
Luckily, her father quickly came to the rescue and tackled the suspect, Fox12 News reports.
Police cited Douglas Quinn and are charging him with harassment.

She was able to get away and use her cell phone to call her dad. That’s when the two started driving around the area looking for the suspect on their own. A few blocks away, they spotted him.

In Texas, the perv would have been shot. In mexifornia, he would have been given a medal. Still...my hats off to her dad.
In England and much of Europe the dad would have been locked up and charged with a FELONY for ‘vigilantism’...simply because he did more than minimally necessary to get away from the immediate danger.

This is Oregon, mind you. Remember, they were the only state 2 years ago to pass a bill to raise the taxes for anyone who makes more than $250,000.
If it had been one of my daughters, I would be up for assault with intent at minimum, will not speculate on the max....
There might have been a way to chop her out of the picture, but the article by FoxNews still had that???

Unfortunately the perp will quickly lawyer up and the next thing we will be hearing is that Dad will face felony assault charges from Holder and a civil suit compliments of the SPLC.
Dad should instead be given an award by the local PD.
