For criminal always say stuff such as:

“I trust my Law enforcement so if they arrested the guy, he’s probably guilty.”

And if she was black or latino instead of asian, what do you think the chances are this would have happened?

The judge needs to be removed post haste for being a little tyrant.

I once saw a person tell the judge that because he had relatives in law enforcement he could not find the defendent guilty no matter what. The judge sent him back to the ury room to wait for another case. Everyone else was allowed to go when removed for whatever reason. It is not smart to behave in such a fashion just to avoid jury duty and that is probably what this woman was trying to do.

I agree. Thought crime.

She has the right, not to like some people, some subset of people, or every sob on earth. Hey, she even has the right to not like people with warts on their noses. She has that right because of her free speech and assemblage rights under the US Constitution!

She said nothing to denigrate any racial class and until she does, this is the heavy fist of govt trying to control, YET AGAIN, what we think, not what we actually do.

If asked, what does Federal Judge Nicholas Garaufis
think about the First Amendment to the Constitution ?

“The judge needs to be removed post haste for being a little tyrant.”

And he also needs to bone up on the Constitution. The juror was deprived of due process: She was not charged with a crime, and was not convicted of one; and yet she was punished with what amounts to unlimited community service, subject only to the arbitrary capriciousness of the judge.

Ah, I ain't buying it. I'm thinking she was trying to weasel out of jury duty and wound up with a judge who didn't have time for her shenanigans.

I treat judges like cops. Yes sir. No sir. Thank you sir. Have a nice day sir. Don't pick fights you'll lose if you don't have to.

I've only gotten pulled for jury duty once, tried thinking of excuses to get out of it but didn't get picked since all I had to do was tell them I worked for the Sheriff's office for about a month.

This judge is no less a racist than the juror. The only
difference is that the woman is honest and the judge is
a pc jackass. This is rife all through the criminal justice
system. If your guilty and honest about it you are prosecuted to the fullest extent but if you lie and deny you
get a slap on the wrist. The cops will lie, the prosecutor
will hide evidence and the judge will look the other way.
I guess you would have to be charged with a crime you
didn’t commit and go through the system to understand what
I’m talking about. And when you prove your innocent they treat you worse than they did when they thought you
were guilty.

Why do they even have questionnaires in the first place?

Just pick 12 people at random, no questions asked, and get on with it.

LOL! People get very creative when trying to get out of jury duty...but I think this woman didn’t quite know how to finesse it.

So what if she did that? She deserves no due process and punishment without a crime?

She should have said she’s a member of the ACLU. That works.

Being a racist is the worst crime one can commit these days. You could kill 10 people, and you can be forgiven, but say something racist in nature, they might as well lock the door and throw away the key.
