How Public Unions Stole The Wisconsin Supreme Court Election
4/7/2011 | milwguy

Posted on 04/07/2011 11:28:06 AM PDT by milwguy

By now everyone knows the race for State Supreme Court in Wisconsin is a virtual dead heat, with only 204 votes separating the two candidates out of the nearly 1.5 MILLION cast. The liberal Kloppenberg has already declared victory, even though the results have not been certified yet. The 204 vote difference is a number derived by the AP as results are reported throughout the state to the news organization. AP then compiles and announces the results.

In the next few days, the 1830 municipal clerks in the state will certify the results of their polling places and the STATE will total the numbers. In statewide elections, the final number NEVER matches the number AP reports. Numbers are transposed, people make mistakes when submitting totals, etc. 204 votes out of 1.5 million is a rounding error, less than 1/100th of 1%. The election is still up in the air, but it probably was not even close and I am about to tell you why.

Dane County, which is the heart of the state employee union, the Capitol of Wisconsin, and the home of UW-Madison reported that 182,140 people voted in the Supreme Court race, with Kloppeberg getting 133,513 votes and Prosser 48,627 votes. Kloppenberg won Dane County by 84,886 votes. Very impressive stuff, but did she really get 133,513 legitimate votes?

In the County wide Dane County Executive race, instead of a total of 182,140 votes, only 171,398 were cast. This means that 10,742 LESS votes were cast for County Executive than for Supreme Court, or 5.9%. Very curious, but not so much to raise a red flag one might think.

In order to get an idea of whether the 5.9% non-vote for 'down ballot' race is common, one should look at a similar situation in the same election cycle. Milwaukee County provides a near perfect example. It went heavily for Kloppenberg (128,644 votes for Kloppenberg to 98,933 for Prosser), AND had a County Executive race on the ballot as well.

In Milwaukee County there were 227,577 votes cast in the State Supreme Court race and 222,761 votes cast in the County Executive race, or a difference of 4,816 votes. This is a 2.2% non-vote compared to the 5.9% non-vote in Dane County. Now red flags should be starting to fly. Why over a TWO AND A HALF times difference in the non-vote in County Executive races compared to State Supreme Court? This is where the digging for fraud has to start.

I would strongly suspect that a lot of the non-vote in Dane County for County Executive would be in the campus polling places at UW-Madison. This is where the heart of the fraud lies.

In Wisconsin, we have the most lax voter laws in the nation. Same day registration, not needing an id to vote, etc. make it fertile ground for fraud. My son (UW student) actually was a poll worker in the November 2010 election. He saw firsthand how lax enforment of even the minimal voting requirements was. He told me of at least four ways that people could illegally vote and never be caught. The one I want to focus on is the easiest to track down.

We know the University employees are union member (even the professors!). We know the city and state workers supervising the polling places are union members. We also know that the voting rolls are available to people to use in their 'get out the vote' efforts. Now stay with me here. The easiest way to illegally vote is not to try and show up and register the day of the election. We at least require an electric bill in your name with the address on it to register. The easiest way to vote illegally is to vote under another name, one who is already registered to vote.

Computer databases are wonderful things, you can use them to slice and dice data, and with the right ones, you can use them to identify people registered to vote in Dane County who no longer live there. How might you be able to do this? Hmmmm....suppose you have obtained the list of registered voters at Gordon Commons polling place, on the campus of UW-Madison. Since they don't regularly purge the voter rolls, there are a lot of registered voters who are no longer students at UW or have graduated and moved out of state.

Now lets also suppose that you have the voter registration list and your buddy works in admissions or some other department at the University. Maybe your buddy gets a list of transcripts sent to other universities for people transferring, applying for law school, graduate school, medical school, etc. By comparing the two data bases, it is quickly evident that Joe Smith who lived in XYZ dorm, transferred to the University of Arizona for the spring 2011 semester. Jane Doe, another student, is acutally still at UW-Madison, but another check of the databases shows she is spending the semester in Spain. Hmmm, she is also on your registration list. A few hours of slicing, dicing, and comparing the few databases yields an astonishing number of 'registered' voters who you are 99% sure are not in Wisconsin and will not vote in the election. All you need to do is show up and give them the name and dorm they live in.

Now the 2.68 times non-vote in Dane County begins to make sense. If you are just interested in the State Supreme Court race, but your 'conscience' won't allow you to mess in the 'down ballot' contests, you go into the polling place, fill in the vote for Kloppenberg, and hand in your ballot.

The hunt for fraud should start by using the same data bases I referenced., The list of who ACTUALLY cast ballots on Tuesday in Dane County is filled with names of people who do not live in Madison anymore. Comparing the databases will yield tons of names of suspect voters. A little google work, facebook checking, etc. can confirm the people were nowhere near Madison on Tuesday, and that votes cast in their name are fraudulent.

My son saw the potential for this abuse when he worked the polls there, and the under vote in other races in Dane County compared to the State Supreme Court screams out for an investigation.

Excellent Review!!! I sincerely hope the Republicans in Wisconsin do not give an inch to these union thugs and criminals. It is really too bad & sad that the voters of Wisconsin do not have the smarts to realize they have doomed their state to failure. No business in their sane mind would ever come to Wisconsin now!!!

I’m just curious. Did anybody really think the RATS would not steal this election? Is anybody still that naive about RAT criminality?

ANY time there is a “close” race, the Rats win.

They win because:

a) Republicans are stupid, cowardly and gulliable

b) They have refined voter fraud to an art form.

You should add the complicit involvement of the press in providing cover for the criminal actions.

Muhammad and Joe Smith called themselves prophets?

George Orwell was the greatest prophet since Old Testament times.

Does anybody remember the guy in Philly 2004 that noticed that votes were already recorded on the voting machines before the polls opened?

The last I heard of him was that some union guys followed him out the door at the end of his poll monitor shift.

The conservatives do not have the smarts to actually vote when it matters so much and elections have such consequences. I doubt that even 1 in 4 conservatives voted in Wisconsin. The left turns out their voters, the right sits at home and complains.

Very conservative Waukesha County had a 2010 census count of 389,891.
Of that, about 300,000 are old enough to vote.
Yet in this election, only 110,587 voted.
If Waukesha had turned out another 100,000 voters and 73% voted for Prosser, he would be winning by 70,000 votes instead of being down by two hundred votes.

“No business in their sane mind would ever come to Wisconsin now!!!”

####

There are billions to be made by states that can deploy both fiscal sanity, a stripped-to-the-bone, SANE regulatory climate, and a pro-business tax and banking environment.

With these proper incentives, they should be able to pry thousands of productive, private-sector businesses from corrupt socialist states hamstrung by hugely unproductive Big Academia, Union fascism, and dead-assed government employees.

The people of Wisconsin deserve what they get. .They are being ruled by a minority who will force all the wealth generating people into servitude. This is a clear warning to other States to of the perils of liberal-leftist polices and their destruction of freedom and democracy.

In Wisconsin, we have the most lax voter laws in the nation.

Same here in MN. Hopefully our legislature fixes it today.I bet if they do, Marx Dayton vetoes it.
