Obviously there are huge whole in Obomba’s history, which Rush has pointed out repeatedly. This thread seems more to me about people seeking validation from Limbaugh; clearly, he isn’t well-versed in Obomba’s birth history, but the lady who said he should hang his head in shame sounded like a nutter, IMO. Without Rush, I’d hate to see where the GOP would be today.
Lashing out at him seems crazy to me, but then again, I tend to deal with the present as well.

I recommend you re-read the US Constitution and look at the articles and amendments regarding getting rid of the president.
The Electoral College votes and Congress certifies an election.
The US Supreme Court is the LAST WORD on interpreting the constitution and who is natural born and who isn’t.
The GOP controls the House and can subpoena every birth record and put this to bed, but they won’t. The House can impeach him for fraud, but it will be a cold day in hell before that happens.
We live in republic, not a democracy.
As Rush said, there is no magic wand to unelect Obomba, yet he can work every day to try and make sure he isn’t re-elected.

Very, very, very weak excuse. If Obama is the fake that he appears to be and it is proven it will be a knockout blow to Obama and the Dems in 2012. Why this is not obvious to the various GOP high mucky mucks and people like Rush is beyond me. Today’s caller had it right. It’s time for Rush to get with the program.

He can not PROVE he he was born here. Regardless of where he was actually born, (I think he was born in Kenya), he has no long form BC. The question then becomes, why not? This would seem to be easy to overcome by saying, “I didn't know”. EXCEPT, for all the lies and “THE COVER UP”. It's always “THE COVER UP” that gets you. If he thought his “vital” birth documents were sufficient, why fight all the lawsuits? HMMMMM?
This exposure will also bring up Article II questions. People will see that as a technicality. It will allow states to lose fear of passing NBC legislation which will solve it for the future. Legislation MUST contain language about citizenship of parentS at candidates birth. If the Supremes want to clarify it, so be it. At least we will all be playing by the same rules. Obama will become exhibit number one, why a non citizen foreign parent could influence the president against this country.

Rush was probably wise to largely stay away from this issue. Anyone can ask why Obama will not produce an original BC, but he won’t and all the asking in the world won’t change that reality.
So, people are left in the position of trying to prove a negative: that Obama is not a natural born citizen, or that he was not born in Hawaii. As has been shown over more than two years, that is not an easy thing to do especially with the MSM and legions of leftists in positions everywhere helping Obama with his cover-ups and refusal to provide real proof of his birth circumstances.
The task that people are left with requires a lot of study and research and detective work that few have the time for. Some people and a few journalists have taken up the task, but to condemn Rush or anyone else for not making it an ongoing issue is ridiculous. We should be thankful for those who are making the effort, but not condemn others who don’t pursue it.
Maybe some who are making the effort will finally succeed.
(And there are many Dim officials who accepted Obama as eligible to run in 2008 who now refuse to establish proof of eligibility requirements for the future).
How can you prove a negative? Burden is on him to prove that he is constitutionally eligible.
Like me trying to get a passport or register for little league without a birth certificate and making them prove that I am not who I say I am.

Sorry, I disagree.. This needs to be fought because the **real** issue here is NOT having Obama as president or not. It is about defending the rule of law and the Constitution.
Without the rule of law and the Constitution, it won't matter if we have a president or not. We will be a Third World banana republic.
If I recall, Rush Limbaugh was one of the few people with the GUTS to say publicly that he hoped Obama would fail.
A lot of people, including many on Free Republic, are wonderful keyboard warriors.

As I said up thread, Rush is going to take a hard look at this issue now since Trump is giving it to Obama day in a day out. When he let in this call about Obama’s lack of eligibility, signals he’s going to start looking deeply at it.
He just alluded to Chester Arthur who successfully obscured and hid his past from the public in his short 3 and half years of his accidental presidency.
Rush is getting wrong in the Chester Arthur case.
